Screening & Interviewing

Each applicant undergoes a comprehensive screening process, including written and computerized tests to assess skills and accuracy. They are also evaluated on client-specific software proficiency. This ensures our Employer Solutions coordinators can accurately match the most qualified candidates to your company.

Applicants receive an in-depth interview to assess business attire, communication skills, presentation, personality, and attitude. Two reference checks are conducted, and each person completes "The ESS Orientation," emphasizing:

Straight Hire

After selecting the appropriate candidate, we will agree on a fee based on a percentage of the starting annual salary. From day one, this person will start on your payroll as a new hire for your company. Included with this fee will be a replacement guarantee.

Temp to Hire

After selecting the appropriate candidate, ESS will payroll the candidate for a 90-day period at the agreed upon rate, with no conversion fee at the end. This 90-day period will allow you to evaluate the candidate’s performance for a longer length of time before making a hiring commitment.

Temporary

ESS will provide a qualified individual for periodic vacancies or supplemental staff in your organization for as long as you may need them. This option is useful for one-day assignments, special projects, vacations, maternity leave and leaves of absences.
