After selecting the appropriate candidate, we will agree on a fee based on a percentage of the starting annual salary. From day one, this person will start on your payroll as a new hire for your company. Included with this fee will be a replacement guarantee.
After selecting the appropriate candidate, ESS will payroll the candidate for a 90-day period at the agreed upon rate, with no conversion fee at the end. This 90-day period will allow you to evaluate the candidate’s performance for a longer length of time before making a hiring commitment.
ESS will provide a qualified individual for periodic vacancies or supplemental staff in your organization for as long as you may need them. This option is useful for one-day assignments, special projects, vacations, maternity leave and leaves of absences.
